Scottish Politics...

For those of you wanting to do some analysis and seat calculations for the Scottish Parliament elections there is now a website that does all this for you - Scotland Votes

Given the absence of reliable (or in fact any) opinion polls to enter in I'm not quite sure how useful it is, but as Peter Snow always says - "It's just a bit of fun"

Lennon - why are there no reliable polls for Scotland? Why don't the Scots press get the pollsters to do them?

I don't genuinely know - I suspect lack of money and desire. (An opinion poll for Scotland will cost the same as a poll for GB, but will only be read by Scottish readers... why bother?)

There have been quite a few Scottish Polls in recent months. Scotsman/ICM are publishing a regular one, latest just last week. You/Gov Sunday Times have also published recently. If you go to UKpollingreport.co.uk you will see a link to scottish voting intentions listing all recent scottish polls. Also, the scotlandvotes.com site lists the latest opinion in the bottom right hand corner.
